When an account ages to 120 days of delinquency, a company must take action immediately.

Where an account failed to pay within the first ninety (90) days and already in ACI’s Pre-Collect Program, full scale collection efforts automatically commence on the ninety-first (91st) day. This automated evolutionary function in processing your inventory, without any further

client involvement, guarantees a substantial likelihood in recovery of such delinquent claims. Thus, charge-off value versus total inventory assigned is dramatically reduced.

Where an account has been determined by a client to be in need of full scale collection services, accounts are activated within 24 hours of receipt.

All collection services are completed in ACI’s name and alerts the consumer or patient that his/her/their account is now in collections.

Since ACI’s fees are contingent upon collection at this stage, calls and letters are delivered in sufficiency and where necessary to obtain payment.

All delinquent accounts may be reported to the National Credit Reporting Agencies unless otherwise disputed.
ACI may also conduct asset investigations, credit investigations, and employment investigations where necessary to obtain payment.

At such time as a patient becomes uncooperative and should the balance warrant further action, ACI will recommend a law suit be filed to secure the debt by means of judgment. Judgments remain valid for 10 years and provide ACI clients with an opportunity to obtain payment via a garnishment of wages, bank accounts or assets.

ACI’s services are designed to protect the interest of our clients where necessary to obtain payment for services rendered or goods sold and delivered.
