Business, like the future, can be unpredictable. Therefore, at such time as a customer might fall delinquent on the payment of an invoice due, ACI offers Expert Collection Account Handling for our clients.


Following the above “automated” functions, should an invoice fall delinquent, collection efforts commence in a specific sequence of escalation where necessary to effect payment.

Pre-Collect Services:

Calls to your customer are made from ACI’s call center. Calls are made in your business name and in pre-written scripts or messages custom tailored to your business. Reach hundreds or thousands of customers instantly. Calls can be made on even or odd days, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.  

ACI offers multiple variations of Pre-Collect Services.

E-Calls – ACI’s data system and computer generated electronic voice will call your customer in your business
name. As an ACI client, you choose the script or the message you want delivered to your customer. Adjust the
delivery of your message with either male or female voices. This automated Pre-Collect feature is designed to
eliminate labor costs associated to A/R’s with less than 90 days of age. For example, to compliment the efficiency
of your business, you can design a female voice for invoices less than 30 days (soft approach) and escalate the
urgency of attention to payment with male voices over the next 60 days (firmer approach).

Live Calls – With ACI’s Call Center, calls are made to your customer in your business name. Reach hundreds of
customers without a single employee on your payroll. You select the frequency of the calls to be made and the
message to be delivered. This feature is especially complementary for the healthcare industry, governments, and
large utilities companies and designed for clients in voluminous billings. Calls can be made with a more personal
interaction where necessary to obtain payment and/or re-scheduling of appointments.

Collection Services:

At such time as an A/R would be come 90 days of age or older, ACI’s internal collection staff quickly activate your inventory where necessary to obtain payment. At this stage, calls and notices are made in ACI’s name pursuant to the FDCPA and State and local requirements. Collection efforts and investigation efforts commence until such time as payment is made. ACI offers a variety of electronic payment capture systems to provide the fastest and most efficient means of payment.  When payment plans are necessary, ACI offers the debtor an automated payment system thereby ensuring that our clients’ invoices will be paid in the most expeditious time possible.
