         will allocate the resources to locate income or assets which may be sufficient to satisfy the court order and
         provide you the money you need;

Collection of Child Support- upon locating the party responsible to pay child support or alimony, there is
no need for you to have any further unpleasant communications with the absentee parent. ACI will communicate
directly with the responsible party and collect the amount due as ordered by the court;

Investigation -"if" the partyresponsible to pay child support or alimony has skipped the city, county or state, or
is merely attempting to evade their court order responsibilities, ACI will allocate there sources to locate him/her
for you;

Enforcement -"if" the responsible party is working and/or has sufficient assets to pay you but is refusing to
cooperate and send you the money you need, ACI's lawyers will:

1) register your court order locally and in the appropriate state and county where the responsible party resides;

2) obtain a new court order (sometimes referred to as a Sister-State Judgment) and file same with the local
Marshall's office;

3) order the local Marshall's office to enforce a wage garnishment, seizure of assets or property, conduct a            Marshall's sale of property, and/or do all things necessary to obtain payment for you.

It is a disappointing world today where a legal parent might deliberately try to avoid their moral and family responsibilities associated with their minor children. Many such parents deliberately try to evade a court order and/or remit any payment to sustain the needs of their children.

The U.S. government reports that single parents and their minor children are owed in excess of $30 billion dollars. Additionally, when those single parents or minor children do not receive their spousal support, a majority of those single parents are compelled to live in poverty with very little support made available from other sources for the minor children.

The money ordered by the court to be paid is for the benefit of the children in need. Collect your money now and make a difference in the quality of life your child will come to know.
